Hongfei Di, MD, Joins UF Health St. Johns Primary Care

St. Augustine, Fla. July 28, 2022 – Dr. Hongfei Di, a board-certified family medicine physician, has joined Flagler Health+’s network of Primary Care providers. Dr. Di is now scheduling appointments for new patients at the UF Health St. JohnsPrimary Care office at MuraBella, located at 70 Turin Terrace, Suite 100, near the World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Fla.

Dr. Di joins the UF Health St. Johnsteam after serving as Medical Director of Primary Care and as a Family Medicine Physician at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Before that, Dr. Di was in private practice at New Family Physician Associates in Lyndhurst, OH.

Dr. Di provides versatile health care services, from newborn to geriatric care. He is well adapted in managing chronic medical conditions and his interests are in musculoskeletal injections and dermatology.

Dr. Di received his Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery from Xi’an Jiaotong University College of Medicine in Xi’an, China, and completed his residency at Case Western Reserve/MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was Chief Resident in 2017-18.

Dr. Di is fluent in Mandarin.
