At Flagler Health+, we believe when we care for our community, it brings us all closer together. Retirees can enjoy their new freedom with peace of mind. Local business owners can hire workers, support their employees’ health and well-being, and serve their customers. A healthy child can grow up and contribute to society. And the more we care about each other, the more connected we become, and that helps all of us. UF Health St. Johns Foundation has joined with UF Health St. Johnsto launch Forever Flagler, a fundraising campaign in support of the Hospital, seeking gifts and estate pledges to current and future programs. UF Health St. Johns is a not-for-profit institution which has been caring for residents and families in St. Johns County for over 130 years. We are committed to advancing the physical, social and economic health of the communities we serve. UF Health St. Johns Foundation is a charitable organization whose mission is to financially support Flagler Health+. We are working together to help caring people who want to lead change, and we are mobilizing the charitable gifts necessary to make a meaningful difference in making St. Johns County a great place to live and to work.

UF Health St. Johnswill continue to transform itself in response to the rapidly growing and changing landscape of St. Johns County, the 14th fastest growing county in the nation. The community mission of UF Health St. Johns is real: we provide more than $35 million of charity care every year, and we continue to invest in programs that address the important needs of our neighbors and employers. UF Health St. Johnshas added two outpatient surgery centers, a home health agency and urgent-care services. We also introduced significant advancements in radiation oncology, electrophysiology, and brain and spine surgery. The UF Health St. JohnsVillage at Murabella will provide a community hub for health and wellness, including a full-service YMCA in addition to pediatric services, primary care, urgent care, imaging, women’s health and specialty care offerings.

We now ask you to consider a gift to Forever Flagler, our capital campaign. In addition to supporting the advancements listed above, gifts and estate pledges to UF Health St. Johns Foundation will underwrite and endow new initiatives in Youth Behavioral Health, Emergency Care Services, Telemedicine, Radiology, Labor and Delivery, NICU, and the Cardiac Care, among others. We believe that there is a bright, healthy future for our community because for 130 years we have seen first-hand what all of us can accomplish when we come together to make St. Johns County a healthy, thriving community for everyone.
