This class is open to all levels and will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated to start the weekend.

Madeline Keith, NASM CPT, RYT Yoga Instructor, Health Coach, Flagler Health+

Madeline enjoys motivating others to become the healthiest version of themselves through 1:1 health coaching focusing on diet, stress, exercise and lifestyle. She has a diverse background which includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology and certifications in Integrative Nutrition, Yoga, Personal Training, and Trauma Coaching. Madeline believes in finding balance through developing healthy relationships with food, exercise and daily life, and is excited to help others bring awareness to the mind and body in order to regain health and happiness.
