By connecting people with vital resources like stable housing, food pantries, mental health services and transportation, our care navigators are breaking down barriers and ensuring that all people have the opportunity to live their best life.

Whether you’re looking for a Primary Care physician for everyday wellness or care when you’re not feeling well, UF Health St. Johnsoffers a variety of care options that fit your schedule and need.

Survived COVID-19

Desmond was admitted to UF Health Flagler Hospital with COVID-19 and was a medical miracle. Desmond’s two-month admission included a variety of precautions due to the contagious nature of the virus, including isolation from his young children. His ultimate goal was to see them in person again and, after the quarantine period ended and he was strong enough to go outside, his nurse was able to make his dream a reality. Our care teams know that caring for the whole patient – mind, body and spirit – involves more than medicine.
