Enzo Pistritto, MBA

Enzo Pistritto is the Administrator of Operational Integration & Support Services where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the UF Health Flagler Hospital and related services. He supports the Vice President of Operations in the development of the new Flagler Campus at Durbin Park, which is currently under construction.

In his current role since 2021, he is accountable for Enterprise Capital Project Management, Design & Construction, Facility Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Food Service, Environmental Services, Linen, Space Planning and other support areas. This role enables him to provide continued inclusive support by partnering with colleagues in delivering an efficient cost effective process.

He joined Flagler Health in 2016 as project manager and advanced into roles of greater responsibility including Assistant Director Decision Support; Project Management in 2017 and in 2019 was promoted to Director of Program Management. During this time, he led internal clinical procedure area renovations and partnered in executing the Ambulatory Enterprise growth plan. The expansion contained multiple county build outs including regional Primary Care locations, Carefast+, Orthopaedics Specialists, Murabella Health Village and UF Health St. JohnsVillage at Nocatee.

Prior to his roles at Flagler, he was part of Halifax Health in Daytona Beach. His responsibilities included Human Resources compensation management, data analytics, employee engagement surveys and the inaugural leadership academy. Mr. Pistritto began his career at Hartford HealthCare in Connecticut, joining MidState Medical Center in Meriden and Hartford Hospital, an 867-bed regional referral center, where he held Leadership positions within Food Service and Perioperative Services.

Mr. Pistritto has extensive experience in many facets of the health care industry including Capital Budget Management, Decision Support, Information Technology, Real Estate Business Development, and Strategic Execution.

A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, he received his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, and was elected to Delta Mu Delta Honor Society. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Western New England University.

Mr. Pistritto currently serves on the board of the American College of Healthcare Executives Volusia County. Previously he served on the Central Florida Board and as the Local Programs Chair. In 2021 he was honored with the ACHE Regents Award and in 2022 received the Local Programs Excellence in Leadership Award.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, beach activities, music, sports and continuous learning. He and his wife, Valerie, have one child.
